Diversified Services Division (DSD) - DSD provides aircraft and airfield services to the military and commercial aviation community with professionalism and integrity.
DSD General Manager—Christopher Toale
Chris Toale has over 18 years of air traffic control experience specializing in facility operations, facilities management, airspace design, airfield and base operations, and community air traffic planning. He retired as a Chief Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force with 22 years of service. He also possesses an MBA from Saint Mary’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Maryland's University College.
